The Super-Morzine ski lift (viewable from our huge balcony & swooping you up to Avoriaz) is directly opposite - a 60sec walk. The Pleney cable car is 3mins away or via free petit-train from directly outside.

The airy, open plan living area has super-high, chalet-vaulted ceilings and forms the social centre of the penthouse. It is expansively elegant so as to allow for everything to flow. Each area feels adjacent but distinctly spaced; uncluttered & just-so.
The high-end, double-oven kitchen & stone island has an outward-facing hob looking toward your guests and the wondrous mountain view.
Then the beautiful Scandinavian dining table (8-10) looks magical when lit with above-beam lighting and set with our bespoke Emily Merritt crockery & glassware.
The very large chilling area is framed by long & loungey cosy-fleecy Cosmo sofas; one faces the mountain through huge floor-ceiling windows and the second faces the Leender Woodburner.
(There’s also other cosy seating corners for morning coffee or work catchups.)
A sleek, super-thin 55” smart TV on Karlston woodstand can be left visible or snuck back into its space in the Utility room immediately behind.
