  • No - we will also manage properties in the surrounding areas of Les Gets, Montriond, Essert Romand, St Jeans d’Alps etc. We like to service properties within the local area to ensure fast response times and hands-on care, but if you have a property a little further please just get in touch and we can discuss.

  • Absolutely - Our management packages are flexible, allowing you to select only the services you need - whether that’s full management or occasional changeovers for private residences.

  • Yes! We can offer scheduled property inspections, especially during off- season or vacant periods, to make sure everything remains secure, clean and in good working order.
