Tucked above the Parc des Dérêches, this little hideaway offers privacy, mountain views and a big south-facing terrace made for slow mornings and sunset drinks.

You can walk to the small village of Montriond in 5 minutes or wander through the forest trail into Morzine in about 10, so the location is perfect.

Inside, you’ve got everything you need for a cozy stay - a modern kitchenette, dining space for two and a comfy living area with a new L-shaped sofa and a log burner ready to go. The space feels open and calm, with plenty of light and warmth.

Upstairs, the bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling window that opens up to the Mountain view. The comfy super king bed is perfect for a great nights sleep.

The bathroom has a walk-in over head shower and underfloor heating. Outside you’ve got your own private terrace - 19m² of sun, fresh air and forest backdrop. There’s even parking for two cars if you’re driving in.

Whether you’re here to ski, hike or just hide away for a few days - Le Mazot gives you the perfect mix of comfort, cozy and mountain charm.

“Great place to ski in Morzine! Perfect for a couple. This accommodation was perfect for our ski stay. The bus stop just outside was incredibly convenient to get to the slopes, and if you feel like it, the city is about a 15 minute walk away. We really enjoyed being able to leave our skis at the Pleney gondola station in town, which saved us from having to transport them.
The kitchen was well equipped, so we could easily prepare meals if we didn’t want to have dinner at a restaurant every night. The hosts were fantastic – super responsive and flexible, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!”

    The Mazot consists of 2 floors with the living room, the dining area and the bathroom downstairs as well as a huge outdoor space to appreciate.

    The kitchen: refrigerator and freezer under the counter, 2 electric hobs, oven and sink. The oven is modern and has a few settings that can help you cook every meal perfectly. There is a toaster, a kettle and a small space to cut and prepare food. Cups, bowls and plates are also provided.

    Dining area: a place for 2 people to sit and enjoy dinner on a table that can be folded against the wall to generate more space.

    Living room: a new L-shaped sofa with comfortable cushions will help you enjoy a movie on a TV and relax. The television includes Netflix.

    Bedroom: floor-to-ceiling window that can open for fresh air. A blackout blind can be pulled down. The bed faces the window, offering you an incredible view of the mountains and the forest. The bed is composed of two single beds together to form a Super King Size bed. The bed will be made upon your arrival and a bath towel will be provided.

    Bathroom: a rain shower on the ceiling allows you to take a shower comfortably. Underfloor heating keeps your feet warm and, of course, there are toilets with paper provided. You will also receive hand towels in the bathroom.

    Outdoor space: the 19 m2 south-facing terrace means that you have space to enjoy and relax. With a space to enjoy meals and a lawn on the side that faces a forest with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

    Parking: a private driveway allows you to park two cars.
