There are two double bedrooms and two smaller bunk bed rooms situated on either side of a large open plan oak kitchen with state of the art appliances. An 8 person dining area with statement lighting links the kitchen to the comfortable and relaxing lounge with huge corner sofa and loveseat with a foot rest. The lounge leads to the balcony with views over the rooftops of central Morzine toward the SuperM cable car across the valley. The balcony has a dining area for 8 people and catches the morning sun. The perfect spaces to relax at the end of active family days out.

A beautiful apartment with everything you need! Really cosy, great after a long day skiing.. great location local bakery and Spar just up the road, it’s only a short walk to main area of the town and the Pleney ski lift. Practically opposite the Super Morzine lift, easy access to both skiing areas which was great! Natalia offered lots of help with all local restaurant recommendations and anything we may of needed. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again if we was to come to the area.

Great modern apartment close to local amenities and a short walk from the main lifts to Morzine and Avoriaz. Ski locker with boot warmer and secure garage included. Excellent choice for 2 families travelling together. Very well appointed apartment throughout. Clean and welcoming when we arrived. Great communication from the hosts who greeted us on our first day and showed us around. Brilliant recommendations for local restaurants and activities etc. An absolute gem of an apartment.

Well, for our first ever Airbnb experience, this has set the bar high. Family of 6 and the apartment was spot on for our needs, with everything just as described on the listing. Being so central we easily walked everywhere. Our host was very responsive and supported by a local team.

    On the other side of the apartment:
    Bedroom 3: A calm and stylish double bedroom with double wardrobe.

    Bedroom 4: A forest themed children's bunk room with wardrobe.

    Bathroom 2: A large bathroom with bath, shower, vanity sink and toilet.

    The ground floor of the apartment building offers a private ski locker and boot dryer for all your outdoor gear.

    The basement provides a private parking space for one medium sized vehicle. Luggage can be stored on request.

    All floors are connected by an elevator.

    Other things to note

    Beds: The accommodation comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 4 children. The bunk rooms are on the small size.

    Laundry: There is a washer dryer machine for guest use located in the kitchen. Laundry baskets and clothes airers are stored in the wardrobes. Ironing board and iron available on request, free of charge.

    You will be provided with ample bedding and bedlinen and towels for your stay.

    Additional items available on request and payable locally. Mid week clean available on request and payable locally.

    Entertainment: A large screen TV in the lounge. Books and games are available for guest use. Infant cots and highchairs etc, are available on request free of charge.
